Online lecture at UMT Sialkot in Lahore

Invited to lecture online at UMT Sialkot in Lahore Pakistan by distinguished colleague Prof. Usman Riaz Mir. We explored how the technological changes of the 4th Industrial Revolution have forced leadership to abandon its individual, “heroic” style and become more “collective” in order to promote creativity and innovation. We also discussed future leadership models. An enriching session both for students and myself! It is interesting how many adjectives define “leadership” and how many connotations the term has. Culture and history definitely play a role in the way we define “leadership” and the qualities we expect a leader to have.
