The Role of Mentoring in Improving early-stage startup Founders Leader and Leadership skills.

We were excited to participate in the EMMC Research Conference organised on 8 September 2022 with the theme: Celebrating and Flourishing: A Dialogue between Research and Practice. We presented our research project that focuses on how mentors can assist early-stage startup leaders to enhance clarity of their identity, strengths, weaknesses & capabilities and improve their capacity to inspire employees to accomplish the startup vision: build trustful relationships with their employees and motivate them to push the limits of their abilities without pushing them over their limits.
