Psychosocial Mentoring in Startups: A Success Accelerator

In the webinar we will present the findings of our research project that focused on how mentors can assist early-stage startup leaders to enhance clarity of their identity, strengths, weaknesses & capabilities and improve their capacity to inspire employees to accomplish the startup vision: build trustful relationships with their employees and motivate them to push the limits of their abilities without pushing them over their limits.
