RELEAVES Team won the “Overall Winner” Award and ZEROBIOABFALL the “Winner Social Impact” Award! Celebrate their success!

This is the second year I participated as a #mentor in the #SPARK competition of the Foundersclub Freiburg; a students' association of the University of Freiburg who aim at spreading the spirit of #entrepreneurship among students. The #SPARK competition enables #students to develop their #startup idea, #pitch it in front of a #juryofexperts and #win one of the 4 monetary #prizes as well as support to develop their idea further.

I had the pleasure to accompany two of teams: RELEAVES and ZEROBIOABFALL.
RELEAVES is revolutionizing #microgreens cultivation with their automated growing machine, bringing fresh, nutrient-rich greens to your fingertips effortlessly.
ZEROBIOABFALL is an online platform aiming at pushing developing countries to reduce their #foodwaste by creating a #grassrootsmovement; where experts on #biowaste meet with #localcommunities to listen and design together the best approach to solve the problem.

I was thrilled to hear their #pitch last Saturday at Grünhof in Freiburg and see them win two of the prizes. RELEAVES won the "Overall Winner" and ZEROBIOABFALL won the "Winner Social Impact" Award.
